Position Title: Financial/Data Analyst Location: Washington D.C, VA Clearance: Active Top Secret required U.S. Citizenship required OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Financial/Data Analyst to provide financial analysis, data analytics, and business intelligence support to a key government customer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and the ability to transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights. This role works directly with government stakeholders to understand business needs, develop dashboards and automated solutions, improve processes, and support informed decision-making. Analyze and interpret complex financial, budgetary, and operational data. Perform financial analysis and data modeling to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support decision-making. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations. Develop Power Apps to improve data collection, tracking, reporting, and business processes. Build Power Automate workflows to automate recurring processes and reduce manual effort. Integrate data from Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, databases, and other approved sources. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend reporting, automation, and technology solutions. Develop financial models, forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting solutions. Troubleshoot and enhance dashboards, applications, workflows, and analytical tools. Work directly with government stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions. Develop documentation, user guides, and SOPs as needed.
