Die konkrete Einstufung in vorhandene Gehaltsbänder ist davon abhängig, welche Verantwortlichkeiten und Tätigkeiten übernommen und welche Berufserfahrung mitgebracht werden. Zusätzlich besteht ein Bonus in Höhe von einem Bruttomonatsgehalt pro Kalenderjahr. Wir vergüten unabhängig von Geschlecht, Herkunft, Alter oder anderen persönlichen Merkmalen anhand transparenter Kriterien.</span></p>
