Your mission <ul><li><p><strong>Support Customer Success:</strong> Assist in engaging with customers to understand their technical needs and use cases for Isarsoft Perception.</p></li><li><p><strong>Bridge Tech & Requirements:</strong> Work alongside our engineering team to help translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Hands-on Technical Support:</strong> Partner with sales and engineering teams during technical workshops, product demos, and onboarding.</p></li><li><p><strong>Product Improvement:</strong> Help investigate new feature opportunities based on real user data and customer feedback.</p></li></ul> Your profile <div><div><ul><li><p>Enrolled student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (ideally with at least 2 semesters remaining).</p></li><li><p>First practical experience (through projects, internships, or courses) in SQL, Python, and working with APIs/SDKs.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on helping users.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in both English and German (min.
