Role Description
We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist to join our team and support the Head of Legal across a broad range of legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters.
As a Legal & Compliance Specialist, you will support the day-to-day legal and compliance operations of the business, helping ensure that Gamdom and its group entities remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies. You will work closely with the Head of Legal and various teams across the business, assisting with:
Regulatory matters B2B KYC Responsible gambling Contract management Audits Compliance research Internal legal projects
Qualifications
Proven experience in a legal or compliance role, ideally within a B2C or B2B company or a law firm with a focus on the iGaming industry. Strong knowledge of iGaming regulations and licensing requirements, including licence renewals, regulatory reporting, and ongoing licensing obligations. Strong experience and demonstrated ability in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures. Good understanding of Responsible Gambling, AML, and regulatory compliance principles. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential legal and corporate information.
Requirements
Experience working directly with iGaming regulators or licensing authorities. Experience with multiple international gaming licences and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with contract management systems and compliance tools. Legal qualification or degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, international, remote-first environment.
