Core Responsibilities - Partner with leadership to plan and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives. - Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution. - Lead talent processes including workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding, and succession planning. - Drive engagement, culture, and change management initiatives to improve retention and productivity. - Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs in alignment with internal frameworks. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance; manage risk and documentation. - Use HR metrics and insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and measure impact. - Collaborate with HR COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards) to deliver integrated solutions.
