Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Head of Reward & Social Relations Benelux Role purpose: Lead the Benelux reward strategy and social relations agenda, ensuring competitive, compliant, and equitable compensation and benefits while maintaining constructive employee relations and effective engagement with social partners. Key responsibilities - Define and execute the Benelux reward strategy (compensation, benefits, recognition) aligned with business and HR priorities. - Lead social relations and employee relations activities, including consultation, negotiation, and ongoing stakeholder management. - Oversee salary review cycles, incentive programs, job evaluation, and pay governance; ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. - Ensure compliance with relevant labor, tax, and reward regulations across Benelux; manage policy updates and risk mitigation. - Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to support organizational change, workforce planning, and cost management. - Use analytics to monitor reward effectiveness (pay gaps, benchmarking, retention/engagement indicators) and drive continuous improvement. - Manage vendors and external advisors (benefits providers, benchmarking partners) and optimize service quality and cost.
