We are a tier 2 automotive supplier, subsidiary of the Japanese group EKK. Our expertise is based on the mass production of high value-added technical components. In a context of continuous innovation, we develop solutions to improve our production tools, particularly in hydroforming for the manufacture of bellows, and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and cobotics into our manufacturing processes. Your mission You will play a key role in optimizing and securing our manufacturing processes. Your main tasks will include: - Méthods : - Develop and implement optimized manufacturing methods to improve process efficiency and quality. - Validate production tools and equipment. - Implement work standards and operational procedures. - Train teams in new methods and monitor their application. - Process Quality: - Lead the industrialization of new products and processes, integrating innovative solutions to improve productivity and quality. - Analyze the quality performance of the bellows area to implement corrective actions and significantly reduce scrap rates. - Drive the progress dynamic in the bellows area: drafting procedures, leading working groups, and monitoring performance indicators. - Collaborate with various departments to achieve overall goals through process optimization and continuous improvement. - Support the field by raising quality awareness and disseminating best practices to operational teams. - Conduct internal tests and audits to analyze and reduce non-conformities and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Work closely with Japanese teams: technical reporting, sharing best practices, participating in technological workshops in Japan.
