That is why, within our Digital Business division, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager who can guide organizations through complex change journeys. In this role, you help customers successfully implement new processes, applications and ways of working. You bring people together, create buy-in and ensure that changes are not only rolled out, but also truly adopted. You work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and management within challenging digital transformation programs. - You analyze the impact of changes on people, processes, systems and organizational structures. - You develop change management strategies, roadmaps and adoption plans that contribute to sustainable results. - You map stakeholders and actively build buy-in at all levels of the organization. - You develop and coordinate communication plans that create engagement throughout the entire change journey. - You facilitate workshops, impact analyses and interactive sessions to guide stakeholders through the change. - You monitor adoption, change readiness and resistance, and take action to mitigate risks. - You support management and sponsors in strengthening engagement and ownership. - You work closely with project managers, business analysts, architects and product teams to integrate change activities into the project approach.
