As a Data Analyst at Transavia, you are the expert who provides the information needed within our operations. You understand the business processes and the data sources that describe the relevant processes. You are comfortable modelling data, setting up analyses and building dashboards on topics such as our operational performance. What will you do? Operations at Transavia consists of several domains, including crew, fleet, planning, aircraft maintenance, operational control and ground handling - each with its own management, objectives and KPIs. Together, they ensure a great travel experience for our passengers. The Strategy, Data & Intelligence department provides the insights needed to make data-driven decisions. You will become part of our operational customer steering and help drive operational excellence. As a Data Analyst, you make the right data, insights and analyses available. You translate these into concrete actions to minimise the impact of disruptions - both on our operations and our passengers. Every day, you provide insights that make a direct difference. - Proactively providing insights and tools that contribute to strategic decisions within your domain, such as insights into flight performance, operational planning or the duration of defect reports; - Identifying, measuring and interpreting KPIs and becoming the go-to expert on the KPIs within your domain; - Selecting the right data sources, analytical methods and presentation formats (reports, dashboards or otherwise), which you independently develop and continuously improve; - Maintaining the right balance between managing existing dashboards and taking on new strategic ch...
