As an Alarm Response Team Leader, working in the G4S ARC, Alarm Receiving Centre, you will be responsible for the monitoring of our customer's alarm systems throughout the UK. You will be responsible for the safety of our customer's staff, buildings and assets, using a market leading software suite to ensure that all alarm activations are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. This is a critical role to our security operation, and you will be fully trained to ensure that you are compliant to the required security protocols and are prepared to deal with any situation that may arise. The role does require candidates to have the flexibility to work a four week rotating shift pattern including days and nights, weekends and Bank Holidays, shifts are 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. Responsibilities: - Ensure the effective running of the shift team - Manage the event and call handling performance of the shift team to achieve and exceed KPI's - Responsible for maintaining and improving on the quality of work being delivered by the team - Ensure full compliance to NSI and other Industry Standards - Monitor and manage the personal development needs of the team - Hold one to one meetings to improve motivation and morale - Help identify, develop and deliver training/coaching of the team - Assist in the analysis and resolution of selected customer complaints - Maintain a relevant production of succinct and timely reports for all aspects of shift team's performance...
