As a Business Developer, you will drive the transition to a modern credit platform by designing future-proof lending processes, enabling seamless system integrations, and supporting large-scale data migrations. Your job As a Business Developer you will play a key role in shaping and improving digital end-to-end lending processes, with a strong focus on automation through system integrations. You will work within the Bank Assisted Lending Program (BAL), where you contribute to a new digital customer journey and the transition towards a central credit platform. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders such as Lenders, Credit Risk, Contracting, and Operations, and translating these into scalable IT solutions. A key part of your role is to support and drive integrations between systems and enable the decommissioning of legacy applications by delivering the prerequisites for the migration of data and processes. As the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, you will gain deep understanding of the end-to-end corporate credit process while ensuring that integrations and migrations are reliable, efficient, and future-proof.
