Partner with internal investment, product, and client teams to grow institutional mandates and ensure credible impact reporting. Core responsibilities - Lead client advisory on impact strategy design across private equity, private debt, real assets, and other private market solutions. - Translate client sustainability goals into portfolio construction, manager/fund selection, and mandate proposals. - Develop and deliver impact narratives, pitch materials, and due diligence documentation for institutional prospects and clients. - Define impact KPIs and measurement frameworks; support ongoing monitoring and reporting aligned to recognized standards. - Coordinate with investment teams on pipeline, underwriting considerations, and impact risk/opportunity assessment. - Support RFPs, client reviews, and regulatory/ESG disclosures relevant to institutional private market products.
