Senior Data & AI Strategy Advisor Role purpose: Advise leaders on enterprise data and AI strategy, aligning business goals with scalable analytics, responsible AI, and measurable value delivery. - Define and refine enterprise data and AI strategy , operating model, and roadmap aligned to business priorities. - Lead stakeholder discovery to translate business problems into use cases , value hypotheses, and delivery plans. - Assess data maturity, governance, architecture, and capabilities; recommend target-state improvements. - Guide AI/ML and GenAI adoption, including model lifecycle, evaluation, and risk management. - Establish data governance practices (quality, lineage, access, privacy, security) and decision rights. - Develop business cases, KPIs, and benefits tracking to quantify impact and ROI. - Partner with engineering, product, and analytics teams to shape solution designs and delivery approaches. - Support executive communications, workshops, and change management to drive adoption. Required skills and experience - Senior advisory experience in data strategy , analytics, AI transformation, or technology consulting. - Strong knowledge of data platforms, cloud ecosystems, modern data architectures, and MLOps. - Expertise in responsible AI, model governance, and regulatory/privacy considerations. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executives and technical teams. - Proven delivery of cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes.
