You ensure that machines run smoothly, production targets are achieved, and quality standards remain high. Your responsibilities include: Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions and technical issues Performing product and mold changes Carrying out daily quality inspections and production checks Working according to quality, safety, and hygiene regulations Following Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures Participating in daily shift handovers and team meetings with the Shift Leader You will work in a 5-shift rotation system with an attractive schedule: 2 morning shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 22:00 2 night shifts: 22:00 – 06:00 Followed by 4 days off Over het bedrijfYou will join an innovative and informal production company in Eindhoven, specialized in producing high-quality tobacco products.
