As Returns Associate, you ensure that all returns are processed correctly and efficiently. You check incoming products for quality, completeness, and any damage. Additionally, you determine whether products can be restocked or must be processed according to the correct procedure. You regularly liaise with colleagues in the warehouse to ensure smooth return flows and identify deviations before they cause problems.
