The transformation has now entered the implementation phase, requiring additional HR Business Partner support to ensure successful execution of organizational changes while maintaining business continuity. As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the transformation program and helping leaders, managers and employees navigate through change. You will join a team of five HR Business Partners and work closely with the Hiring Manager, transformation leads, HR Centers of Expertise, managers and employees. This assignment combines strategic transformation work with operational HR support, with approximately 80% of the role focused on the transformation program and 20% dedicated to day-to-day HR business partnering activities.
