Job Summary Execute on, support and assure, Product Safety, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and GKN One Aerospace Quality Culture through zero defects quality planning, , delivery of customer support, and supporting the organisation in risk management, problem solving and quality improvement projects. Job Responsibilities Product Safety & Quality Assurance: - Assure and verify product quality planning, realization and delivery activities are completed in accordance with applicable requirements. Customer Satisfaction & Support: - Support the Customer Account manager, acting as first line POC for Customer and Governmental Quality Representatives, including relationship management, coordinating product buy off, audits, quality related enquires and issue resolution. Quality Culture and general Quality support: - Exemplify a Safety/Quality-first mind-set and ensuring compliance with the GKN Aerospace Cultural Principles, HSE and Quality policies and standards. - Support Site/Group/Team leaders in the development and nurturing of the site Quality Culture. - Provide quality related support and advice to ...
