Location Son Sector Food Employment type Full-time What will you do? As Facility Team Leader, you and your team are responsible for all facility-related activities at our Son location. You ensure that everything is properly organized so that the production process runs smoothly. You contribute to process improvements, help your team to improve every day, and ensure strict adherence to HACCP rules and safety measures. You work in two shifts between 06:00 and 23:00, and sometimes on Saturday mornings. You report directly to the Logistics Manager. You lead a team of approximately 50 employees (both permanent and temporary), and ensure the proper planning and execution of, among other things: - Facility warehouse management - Keeping the grounds and production environment neat and clean - The issuance of work and business clothing - Management of the crate washing facility and the packaging department - Administrative tasks for both permanent and flex employees on your team The offer At this company, you'll have a lot of freedom to best fulfill your role.
