RC Services Team - Analyst Bertrange, Luxembourg Palana is a regulatory and compliance consulting firm based in Luxembourg, specialising in the investment fund industry and broader financial services sector. We support leading asset managers, fund administrators and financial institutions across a wide range of asset classes. As an Analyst within our RC Services team, you will support the delivery of AML/CTF, compliance and governance services to investment fund managers and other regulated entities. Working alongside Associates, Senior Associates, Assistant Managers and Responsible Conducting Officers (RCs), you will develop a solid understanding of Luxembourg's regulatory framework while gaining hands-on experience through client assignments and day-to-day operational activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build practical expertise in AML/CTF and compliance within a structured and supportive environment, with a strong focus on learning, professional development and progressively taking ownership of responsibilities.
