**CNC Milling Machinist (High-Precision Machining)** We are looking for a highly experienced CNC machinist for demanding milling operations. The work involves machining hardened steel using 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines. The material requires specialized expertise, as it is machined using a dry machining process without cutting fluids. This is not a standard precision engineering role. The position involves extremely high-precision machining with tolerances measured in hundredths of a millimeter. **Requirements** - Extensive experience in CNC machining and CNC milling - Experience operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines - Proven experience machining hardened steel - Ability to work with extremely tight tolerances (0.01 mm accuracy class) - Strong independent working skills and professional craftsmanship - English or Finnish language skills **We Particularly Value** - More than 25 years of CNC machining experience - Extensive experience in high-precision machining and tool manufacturing Please note that we are specifically looking for a top-level professional with exceptional expertise in precision machining. Standard production machining or general precision engineering experience alone will not be sufficient for this role
