Keep reading! As a warehouse associate, you and your colleagues are responsible for everything that goes in and out of the warehouse. Your tasks: Process incoming inventory with precision, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, approvals, and quality checks. Receive and handle biohazard products in a controlled temperature environment, following strict procedures to maintain product integrity. Perform Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for incoming goods, ensuring quality control and documentation accuracy. Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to support production and laboratory activities. Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing designated protective clothing and ensuring cleanliness according to protocols. Use SAP ERP systems to manage inbound, picking, and outbound activities while contributing to system improvements. Support procurement by managing purchase orders, supplier documentation, and inventory reconciliation. Resolve any receiving, picking, or inventory issues efficiently and accurately. Education : Minimum: Associate’s degree or High-School Diploma. Recommended: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business. Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting. Skills : Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems. This position requires shift work including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
