For our client in the biopharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a freelance Supply Chain Specialist / Consultant (m/f/d) to support the Drug Supplies unit (CGT Products). The project runs until May 31, 2027, with a workload of approximately 25 hours/week, and is 100% remote. In this role, you will support operational Patient Supply Case Management for commercial CAR-T product supply outside of clinical trials and ensure the time-critical delivery of highly complex therapeutic products. - Supply Request Management: Support the operational management and coordination of supply requests for Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) products. - Supply Chain Tracking & Monitoring: Ensure complete control and tracking of the supply chain, verify documentation, and handle issue/query resolution in a timely manner. - Interdisciplinary Communication: Ensure seamless, time-critical communication between partners, manufacturers, specialized couriers, and hospitals to deliver CGT products within defined time windows. - Documentation & Compliance: Ensure process reliability and complete documentation in accordance with strict regulatory requirements for short-shelf-life products. - Education: Scientific background (e.g., Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field). - Work Experience: Proven track record working for biopharmaceutical companies with CGT products or as a Clinical Trial / Patient Supply Manager. - Regulatory & Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines and time-critical cold-chain logistics. - Personal skills: Detail-oriented and thorough in approach and execution, highly organized, structured, and adaptable working style. - Language skills: Business fluent in German & English (spoken and written). - Attractive options for shortening your personal payment term - No more time-consuming invoicing - Fast, reliable payment of fees - Conclude project contracts by means of electronic signature
