*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and CRM Specialist to optimize our customer relationship management systems and enhance our sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in CRM platforms, cloud computing, and database management, with a focus on Salesforce integration and customization. This role involves implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support strategic sales initiatives across the organization.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce. * Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and organization within the CRM. * Create and manage reports, dashboards, fields, and workflows as required. * Assist users with Salesforce questions, troubleshooting, and best practices. * Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and overall system efficiency. * Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of Salesforce. * Work with internal departments to understand CRM needs and recommend solutions. * Assist with ongoing Salesforce projects, updates, integrations, and system improvements.
*Qualifications*
* *Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience required.* * Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and best practices. * Experience creating reports, dashboards, and managing CRM data. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments. * Ability to manage priorities and work both independently and collaboratively. * Salesforce certification is considered an asset.

Pay: $51,881.23-$93,299.50 per year
