We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Technician to join our team. *Responsibilities*
* A/R: Manage sales order process by matching production copy with sales order copy, ensuring stock requirements prior to invoicing, reviewing order for additional charges; create back-orders as required; generate and deliver invoices to customers electronically through e-mail and custom web-portals. * A/R: Assist in generating Credit Notes, initiating Customer Credit Applications, and processing Credit Card transactions. * A/P: Process supplier invoices through MISys, and miscellaneous operation expenses through A/P transactions; review A/P payments by matching supplier invoices to cheque remittances; identify and resolve PO discrepancies. * Admin: Greet customers over the phone; keep good records of production copies, invoices, manufacturing orders, and shipping documents.
*Experience*
* 2-5 years? experience of Full Cycle Accounting Preferred. * Proven experience working with accounting, payroll, Microsoft office software. * Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes along with account reconciliation techniques. * Experience in data entry, bookkeeping, and account analysis. * University Degree or College Diploma in relevant field Preferred.
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
