You are a well-rounded Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering construction projects successfully. You take ownership of results, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams. You are solution-focused, adaptable, and committed to doing the right thing ? even when it is challenging.
You bring a balanced approach to managing cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client relationships, and you consistently look for better ways to deliver work and support your team.
*What you bring to the table*
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor * University or College degree/diploma in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Architectural Technology * A thorough understanding of Construction processes and practices, and you are able to review and understand building plans in Ontario. * Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills * Proficiency with software such as MS Project, MS Office, Bluebeam, Jonas, or similar project management software * Gold Seal, LEED, or PMP certification considered an asset * Valid G Licence

Salary range: 78,000 ? 120,000 dependent upon experience
