We are looking for a *high?energy, highly motivated self?starter* to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced medical setting, enjoys helping patients, and is excited to learn about dermatology and professional skincare products.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide exceptional customer service and patient support * Assist with patient flow in a busy medical dermatology environment * Educate patients on skincare routines and product recommendations * Support front desk operations including scheduling, check?in, and check?out * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations

*Preferred Experience*
* Previous experience in a *medical office*, especially with *direct patient care* * Retail or *sales experience*, ideally in aesthetics or skincare * Familiarity with skincare products, treatments, or cosmetic procedures (an asset, not required)
