* Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness standards. * Sanitize high-touch surfaces and communal areas to promote health and safety. * Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility. * Clean restrooms, kitchens, and break areas thoroughly, ensuring they are hygienic at all times. * Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks efficiently. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution. * Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a consistent quality of service.
*Requirements*
* Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in resedential settings. * Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines. * Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods. * Reliable Vehicle Required * Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety compliance.
