At MANTL, we're committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers across the oil and gas industry. We're looking for a motivated *Manufacturing Technician ? Level 1* to join our team in Lloydminster.
This is a hands-on, entry-level manufacturing role with lots of opportunity to learn and grow. You'll work with our Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP) products and support day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, testing, inventory, and shipping operations.
Previous oilfield or manufacturing experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person. If you're mechanically inclined, reliable, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you.
*What You'll Do*
As a Manufacturing & Assembly Technician, you'll support our manufacturing operations by:
* Assembling PC Pumps and related products in our Lloydminster facility * Testing PC Pumps and learning MANTL's testing processes and procedures * Assisting with shipping and receiving of products * Managing and tracking inventory * Picking up and delivering PC Pumps and related products between Lloydminster and other MANTL locations * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area * Participating in MANTL's Safety and Quality programs * Assisting with other manufacturing and shop duties as required

* Is mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work * Is reliable and takes pride in doing quality work * Is willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges * Works well as part of a team * Can stay organized and manage different tasks throughout the day * Is comfortable working in a manufacturing and shop environment
*Qualifications*
* Valid Class 5 driver's licence * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) * Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
*Assets (not required):*
* Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or oilfield experience * Experience pulling a trailer * Experience with shipping, receiving, or inventory * Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools and equipment * Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as operationally required
Don't have all the experience? That's okay. We're looking for someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Training on our PC Pump products and testing processes will be provided.
*Opportunity to Grow*
This position starts at *Manufacturing Technician ? Level 1*, but there's room to move up quickly.
After your first *3 months*, you'll be eligible for a performance review for advancement to *Manufacturing Technician ? Level 2*, which includes a wage increase.

*Work Environment*
This position is based in our Lloydminster manufacturing facility. You'll work in a hands-on environment supporting the assembly, testing, movement, and preparation of MANTL products while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
*Schedule*
* Permanent, full-time position * Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
