About this role
*Job Summary* We are looking for an energetic, friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare beverage efficiently and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and standards * Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards * Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality * Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements * Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change * Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.
*Requirements*
* Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or food industry preferred. * Smart Serve Certification required. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work evening, weekend and holidays. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
