As demand continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Representative who can represent the company well, guide clients through the process, and help drive the next phase of growth.
*Position Overview*
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands consultative sales, and takes pride in representing a premium service.
You'll meet with homeowners and business owners, assess their project needs, and guide them through our process ? from initial consultation through proposal.
This position has strong long-term potential. As the company continues to grow, the right person may take on greater responsibility in managing and shaping the sales function.
*Core Responsibilities*
_Client Consultations_
* Meet with homeowners and business clients to discuss their painting projects * Evaluate scope of work and provide professional recommendations * Educate clients on our process, materials, and standards * Build trust through clear, confident communication
_Estimating & Proposals_
* Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals * Communicate pricing and project details clearly * Follow up with clients and guide them through the decision process
_Sales Process Management_
* Track opportunities and client communication through our CRM * Maintain organized sales records and proposal timelines * Coordinate with Production Management once projects are approved
_Brand Representation_
* Represent Picture This! Painting professionally in every interaction * Reinforce the premium quality and reputation the company stands for * Help ensure every client experience reflects our standards
*Who This Role Is For*
* Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships * Organized and detail-oriented * Confident discussing pricing and project scope * Comfortable managing multiple client conversations at once * Self-motivated with a professional approach to sales
Experience in home services, construction, renovation, or painting sales is an asset, but the right mindset and professionalism matter most.
