*Responsibilities*
* Assist in supervising daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service activities * Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service through effective training and development * Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays, proper pricing, and stock replenishment aligned with company standards * Manage payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately to maintain financial integrity * Coordinate purchasing activities and vendor relations to ensure optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency * Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members * Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store procedures at all times
*Requirements*
* Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and staff in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus) * Demonstrated proficiency in retail sales, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures * Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques * Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales management principles to boost store performance * Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude, strong leadership qualities, and excellent phone etiquette * Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development is highly desirable * Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in pricing and store presentation
