About this role
*Overview* We are looking to hire several positions of a General Farm Labour. This is a full time, permanent position which requires day, evening and weekend availability.
This role involves hands-on work in a greenhouse setting. Job duties include but not limited to planting and harvesting crops; crop maintenance (winding, clipping, hooking, de-leafing); sort, pack and stack produce; product prep for market (box making, tagging, stacking, wrapping product); clean all work areas; other farm duties as assigned.
Job is physically demanding and requires standing, kneeling, bending for long periods of time. Candidate will be required to work under hot, humid conditions and at heights.
Minimum 40 hours per week. No education required as we will train all employees
Work must be completed at physical work location
Start date immediate with no end date as we operate all year long producing crops and packing produce.
