About this role
Domino?s Pizza is looking for reliable, friendly, and motivated *Delivery Drivers* to join our team. Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service.
When not making deliveries, drivers also help support store operations by assisting with cleaning, food preparation, order taking, and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities
* Deliver pizza and other food orders safely and promptly to customers. * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure accuracy. * Handle cash, debit/credit payments, and customer transactions responsibly. * Follow safe driving practices and all traffic laws. * Use delivery applications and GPS/navigation systems as required. * Maintain communication with store staff while completing deliveries. * Help answer phones and assist customers with placing orders. * Assist with pizza preparation, food preparation, and packaging when needed. * Keep the store, delivery area, and workstations clean and organized. * Complete cleaning and closing duties as assigned. * Follow Domino?s food safety, hygiene, uniform, and operational standards. * Work cooperatively with managers, shift runners, and other team members. * Maintain a clean, reliable, and properly insured vehicle.
Requirements
* Valid driver?s licence. * Reliable personal vehicle. * Valid vehicle insurance and registration. * Good driving record. * Smartphone with GPS/navigation capability. * Reliable, punctual, and responsible. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts as required. * *Closing-shift and late-night availability is an asset.*
