*Installer? We are currently seeking an Installer to work from our Edmonton office.
*Job Summary*
This position is responsible for delivering products to exhibitor?s booths, installing/removing temporary carpeting in aisles and booths, building trade show booths/displays and maintaining rental equipment. Where necessary, loading/unloading vehicles and driving trucks, forklifts. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor.
*Key Responsibilities*
· Delivering products to exhibitor?s booths from dock or other areas at show site
· Install temporary carpeting in aisles and booths according to floorplans or as directed
· Remove temporary carpeting from aisles and booths during show move out
· Building trade show booths/displays
· Maintain rental equipment to ensure it is safe, clean and ready for next show
· As required drive between Edmonton warehouse and show site in 5?ton truck
· Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
*Qualifications:*
· Motor Vehicle Class 5 license
· Experience driving a 5?ton truck (or larger) in an urban environment is an asset
· drivers abstract in good standing
· Forklift certification an asset (will train)
· Experience in the trade show / events industry considered an asset
· Dependable, Reliable, Team Player
· Able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs.
· Strong customer service focus with great communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work flexible hours, evenings, overtime and weekends as required
· Able to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
