Looking to work in a fast-paced, high-production bakery? Glamorgan Bakery is looking for just the right person - experienced, adept, and enthusiastic to join the baking team! The ideal candidate is hard-working, motivated, and can work well in a busy team environment. The successful hire must be able to work early morning hours (typically 2:00-2:30 am start and possibly earlier). Experience using bakery equipment like mixers, dough sheeter, deep fryer, and bun rounder are assets.
*```Duties```*
* Utilize bakery equipment to facilitate efficient production * Craft and prepare baked goods * Ensure every product meets the expectations of the customer and reflects well on the standards of our establishment * Work alone or with a team to execute recipes * Handle all hot or dangerous items with care * Ensure the workstation is cleaned and restocked as needed
*```Qualifications```*
* Knowledge of general baking principles * Knowledge of safety, health rules, and quality controls * Can follow detailed written or verbal instructions precisely * The mindset to work safely around hot or dangerous items * Capable of standing for a 10-hour shift * Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
