We are URGENTLY seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Optometric Assistant to join our team. As an Optometric Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our optometrists and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting patients and preparing them for their appointments * Conducting preliminary tests and gathering patient history * Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records * Maintaining cleanliness and organization * Answering incoming phone calls * Sending & receiving referrals from specialists offices * Identifying and assessing customers? needs * Assist with taking payments, billing to extended health companies

*We are looking for a candidate who is flexible with their schedule as shifts can vary from Mondays through Saturdays. Please note this is a FULL time position.*
