*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
*Duties*
* Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. * Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as needed. * Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and protect property. * Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. * Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing detailed reports of incidents. * Engage in conflict management to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining a calm environment. * Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or damage to property.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is preferred. * Certification in First Aid and CPR is a MUST * Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure. * Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. * Must possess a valid security license where applicable and meet any local regulatory requirements. Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
