Overview
We are looking for someone who will provide customers with prompt, friendly, high quality customer service. The scope of this role includes filling prescriptions, serving as a liaison with patients, third party billing and providing support for clinical programs and expanded scope of pharmacy practice. It is also important to actively contribute to a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
Job Description
* Provide customer service to exceed customer expectations * Data entry of patient care information * Third Party adjudication (if necessary) * Accurate preparation of prescription medications * General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist as required * Handling customer prescription pick up * Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy * Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
* Committed to delivering excellence in customer service * Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills * Hardworking * Above average communication skills (both oral and written) * Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
We will provide a great work environment, competitive wage starting at $18/hr (increasing to match current level of experience) and benefits to the selected applicant.
