*Duties*
* Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends. * Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. * Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding their desired styles and any necessary maintenance. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales. * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
*Qualifications*
* Valid cosmetology license or certification in the state of practice. * Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
