*Key Responsibilities*
* Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities. * Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. * Support children's overall development and well-being. * Observe, document, and communicate children's progress with parents and guardians. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. * Foster positive behavior and encourage independence and creativity. * Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional childcare services. * Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
*Qualifications*
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. * RECE registration or recognized ECE credentials preferred. * Minimum of *1-2 years of experience* working in a daycare, childcare centre, preschool, or similar setting. * Valid First Aid and CPR Certification. * Valid Vulnerable Sector Check. * Strong knowledge of child development and play-based learning. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * *Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.*
