*Position Overview*
We are seeking a sales representative with an established background in direct sales and cold-calling.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients. * Generate new business through your network, referrals, industry relationships, and proactive prospecting. * Consult with clients to recommend custom solutions including blinds, shades, exterior screens, drapery, closets, cabinetry, wallpaper, and related home products. * Conduct accurate on-site measurements for window coverings, closets, cabinetry, and other custom installations. * Understand client needs. * Collaborate with internal design, operations, and installation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. * Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM software.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented. * Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
