About this role
SilverLine Group Inc. is looking for dependable and hardworking General Labourers to join our construction team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, working as part of a team, and supporting a variety of construction activities.
*What You?ll Do*
* Set up, maintain, and clean up construction sites * Perform general labour including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials * Assist skilled tradespeople and equipment operators as required * Use hand and power tools under direction * Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment * Follow all company safety policies and procedures * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Perform other general construction duties as assigned
What We?re Looking For
* Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset * Physically able to perform demanding work, including lifting and carrying * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including dust and noise * Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset * Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow verbal instructions * Able to communicate effectively and read/print in English
Requirements
* CSA-approved work boots required * Available to work Monday to Friday, with ½-day Saturdays as required * Reliable transportation to and from work sites is an asset * Strong commitment to workplace safety
