*Duties*
* Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces * Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service at all times * Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations regarding food storage and preparation * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours * Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, grills, and coffee machines * Support barista functions as needed, preparing beverages and snacks
*Skills*
* Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and serving methods * Experience in food handling and safety practices is essential * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage preparation * A background in hospitality will enhance the guest experience
