About this role
Dorval Medical Family Health Team is looking for a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. Working across our partner clinics in Oakville, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care ? from vaccinations and nursing procedures to triage and patient assessment.
*Position Overview*
* Full-time, primarily days, with some evenings and weekends as required * Multi-site role supporting partner clinics across Oakville ? travel between clinic locations is required * Reports to the clinical/nursing leadership team at Dorval Medical Family Health Team
*What You'll Do*
* Perform nursing-related procedures and administer vaccinations * Triage patients and determine priority of care * Collect and record vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure * Document patients' chief complaints and relevant clinical history * Support physicians and clinic staff across multiple Oakville locations to ensure seamless patient care
*What We're Looking For*
* Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) * Experience in primary care, family practice, or a similar clinical setting is an asset * Comfortable working independently across multiple clinic sites * Strong triage, assessment, and communication skills * Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required * Reliable transportation to travel between Oakville clinic locations
*Compensation & Benefits*
*$76,000 - $78,000 per year*
