*Job Summary*
Big T?s BBQ & Smokehouse is seeking 1 experienced line cook for our Crowchild Trail location.
One full time line cook required. Must have open availability to work at different times of the day, weekends is a must.
Big T?s BBQ & Smokehouse has been serving southern Style BBQ to Calgarians since 2004. We have been featured on ?You Gotta Eat Here?, have won numerous awards and competition for our BBQ. Continuously been in the top percentile on Trip Advisor, Zomato etc.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
Responsibilities include
preparation of food in accordance with prep sheets
opening the line
preparing food to order
cleaning duties
putting away orders
temperature log recording
closing the line
*Qualifications and Skills*
No specific education requirements
Food Safe and Handling certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience in the kitchen
