*We are looking for a CDA to provide In- Home & In-Clinic services within Durham region, Ontario.*
*Position Summary*
Successful applicants will be responsible for providing in-person services at our Oshawa clinic or in clients' homes. Availability during daytime, early evenings, and weekends is preferred.

*Primary Responsibilities*
* Consultation, screening, and evidence based treatment of communication disorders with SLP supervision. * Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise * Provide client and family centered intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education * Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs * Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions * Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy.

* Graduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders * Professional Liability Insurance * Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening * Vehicle for travel and a valid driver?s license and auto-insurance required
