*Responsibilities*
* *Ability to take apart and rebuild engines is required.* * Diagnose and repair automotive issues using appropriate tools and techniques. * Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. * Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs. * Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and other complex issues. * Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. * Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or in a similar role. * Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs. * Experience working at a dealership is a plus but not required. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. * A valid driver's license is required.
