About this role
Are you a cocktail enthusiast with experience in an upscale bar? We?re growing our team and hiring a skilled Bartender to work in Fathom Restaurant and Lounge.
Fathom is located inside Hotel Grand Pacific, an independent 4-star property located on Victoria?s beautiful inner harbour in the heart of the tourist zone.
This position requires 15-29 hrs/week - 4 days a week.

*Duties:*
· Prepare drinks for Fathom Restaurant, Lounge and Room Service
· Set the tone for a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment
· Help increase revenue using product knowledge and sales skills
· Cultivate regular clientele and maintain profiles of drink preferences
· Maintain immaculate cleanliness of the Lounge area
· Assist with stock control
· May be required to cover food service in the Restaurant from time to time.
*What We?re Looking For:*
· At least 3 years of recent bartending experience
· Extensive knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
· Mixology certificate an asset
· Serving it Right and Food Safe Certification
· Working knowledge of Squirrel POS
· Engaging and personable demeanour
· High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
· Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Pay: $23.80-$27.04 per hour
