Hours
* *Thursday:* 2:00 PM ? 8:00 PM * *Friday:* 4:00 or 5:00 PM ? 8:00 PM * *Saturday:* 4:00 or 5:00 PM ? 8:00 PM * *Sunday:* 4:00 or 5:00 PM ? 8:00 PM
Approximately *15?20 hours per week* . Hours are somewhat flexible depending on the schedule, and some shifts may finish as early as 6:00 PM.
*What You'll Be Doing*
* Greeting clients with a warm, friendly smile * Booking and confirming appointments * Answering phones and responding to client inquiries * Processing payments and managing the front desk * Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and inviting * Light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and relaxing clinic environment
*We're Looking For Someone Who*
* Has outstanding customer service skills * Is reliable, punctual, and dependable * Enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere * Is organized and able to multitask * Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset * Housekeeping or cleaning experience would also be considered an asset, as maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic is an important part of the role. * We're happy to train the right person!
