* Deliver professional hair styling services tailored to each client?s preferences and needs * Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully and offering personalized recommendations * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment * Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and product purchases * Promote retail sales by upselling hair care products and styling tools that enhance client results * Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare, and product usage * Support team members in maintaining a lively, organized, and welcoming salon atmosphere
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work * Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members * Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting * Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing customer needs * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude * Previous experience working at the front desk or in retail sales is a plus * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
